Incoming Dragon Warriors and shoulder pad Sculpts

Hello all,

I admit I have fallen away from the Empire,  been seduced to rebellion and alliance with Khorne.  But does this really surprise most as my fantasy army is a 90% mono Khorne army?

But keeping in line with my love for Salamanders I decided to do their renegade chapter, the Dragon Warriors.  I also do not like nor agree with the Chaos Space marine codex.  Why leave behind all that equipment and munitions when you rebel?  So I decided to use the Space Marine Codex for a rebel chapter of Dragon warriors.  This allows me to do a few things.

First use Vulcan as Captain Terellus, The leader of the Dragon warriors.  Which also leads to me having to build a new model for him to represent him WYSIWYG.
Second I don't need to buy a new marine army, or loose any of the sculpting work I have done so far.

On the note of sculpting, I am not the best in the world, in fact I just started out.  We all need to start someplace however and here is my first real sculpt, followed by the press mold duplicate.

Could a fine cast Bloodthirster be on the way?

I was looking through the new storms of magic wizards and noticed that the Bloodthirster while listed does not have a price or option to buy online. See for yourself. Could this mean a new fine cast Bloodthirster, and if so will they be gracing us with a new sculpture as well?

On the other hand I just looked in the Daemons section and found him listed with a price.  I guess we will have to wait and see.

Upon further digging its rumored to be in the second wave of fine cast coming in August.  One day I will learn to finish a post before publishing it.

44 days of Blood

Well I did it, I managed to purchase and assemble all of the models for my Warhammer fantasy Daemons army. Now comes the fun part, painting it all,  Thus the 44 days of Blood.  This will have the downside of slowing down production of my Salamanders army, but I have decided to do a lot of custom GS work with them and modeling.  I want them to look unique and unified as a salamanders army, and when you look at the models without any knowledge that they are salamanders you see Salamanders and not just Green Space marines.

So 44 days of Blood is my attempt at completing at minimum one bloodletter model per day to a new standard my Salamanders have instilled in me.  Each Day I will post a progress update informing you my readers if I was successful or not.

At current my list is such:
Bloodthirster - Obsidion Armor, Firestorm blade, Eternal Fury
3 Flamers of Tzeench
1 Herald of Tzeentch - Winged horror, Master of sorcery with Lore of beasts
5 Flesh hounds of Khorne
Herald of Khorne BSB - Armor of Khorne, Firestorm blade (Painted)
Herald of Khorne - Armor of Khorne, Firestorm blade (Painted)
30 Bloodletters of khorne (full command) (10 Painted)
30 Bloodletters of khorne (full command) (10 Painted)
Total Points 2200.

Herald of Khorne WIP Part 2

Well here he is my completed herald of Khorne with a BSB,  as previously stated I modeled him wearing Armor of Khorne.  A very simple conversion but everyone has to start some place.

I have a few more heralds to construct, namely a second Herald of Khorne without a BSB, a Herald of Tzeentch with winged Horror Gift, and a Herald on a jugger.  So without further text here are more pictures of my herald and how it looks in my nearly finished pack of bloodletters (I still need to try and freehand the standard.)
I am still learning how to use my crappy 4 year old hand me down camera,  Thanks Zerodaimaru For the advice on the little flower icon.
